"CMG was the lead contractor in a major renovation of a two family house that was built in 1900. They demonstrated a broad knowledge of building techniques that were needed to fix a variety of problems that arose when upgrading an old house.

CMG devised a plan to reconfigure a bathroom and add stackable washer and dryer, removed a load bearing wall, moved windows, installed new plasterboard on walls and ceilings, and resided the exterior.

CMG's work was of the highest quality. They kept the worksite very clean and well organized. CMG worked seamlessly with the plumbing and electrical contractors. All the work was done expeditiously and was completed on time and within budget.

CMG did an outstanding job of updating our bedroom bathroom. It was a challenge and Corey with his vision and execution abilities made it happen! He expanded the bathroom size and put in a shower and rearranged the vanity and toilet to make everything look uniform. The sliding door also enabled the room to look larger and was an excellent space saver and did not get in the way. We have had CMG do a number of projects for us and are very satisfied with his expedience and quality of work. We would highly recommend CMG for any remodeling or house addition project.
